This workshop will explore how an Inherited Trust protects assets from failed marriages, creditors, law suits, nursing homes and other financial predators. This workshop is specifically designed for beneficiaries of trusts that include Inherited Trust Protections but clients are welcome to attend.
 

We will explore how an Inherited Trust works, what steps need to be taken to ensure the trust protections work and how income taxes need to be addressed each year.

We will also explore some of the common mistakes beneficiaries make when they inherited assets. Often these mistakes occur without a beneficiary even being aware of what happened. Our goal is to educate beneficiaries as to what red flags to look for when it comes to preserving their inheritance.
