ESTATE SETTLEMENT

Losing a loved one is a difficult process for any family member. We understand and appreciate what a difficult time this can be. The process of "winding down" the affairs of a loved one is called "Estate Settlement". The settlement process differs based on whether a will or trust was utilized to plan the estate as well as the size and nature of the assets in the estate.

We have assisted many families over the years with the settlement process. We can help regardless of  whether your loved ones Estate Planning Documents were prepared by our firm or another. Our goal is to provide individual levels of service in a caring and compassionate manner. We offer a no cost and no obligation initial settlement conference to address your questions and to identify what tasks need to be completed to complete the settlement process.
