As you begin the planning process you will be asked to consider who you will want to name to provide you with different types of assistance in different circumstances. We refer to these people collectively as your "helpers".

Selecting a helper should involve more thought than simply naming your oldest child to fill each role. We have provided you with a number of factors to consider when selecting different types of helpers.  

During the counseling process when we custom design your estate plan, we will visit each of these issues in more detail. Many clients have found it helpful to have given these issues consideration in advance of starting the design of their plan.
