Lauren Haney | Director of Client Services
Lauren Haney joined our firm in 2020 as the Client Services Coordinator. She graduated with her degree in Administrative Management from Stark State College. She has a very administrative based background and has worn many hats as an Assistant. While in college, she also spent several years in the customer service industry. She believes that there is nothing more fulfilling then communicating and building connections with the people she meets.
Lauren was promoted to Director of Client Services in January of 2023.
Lauren is passionate about exceeding client expectations and developing lasting relations with all of our clients.
Lauren is directly responsbile for managing all aspects of Client Services with special emphasis on our formal maintenance and education programs.
