Lauren Crews | Client Services Coordinator
Lauren Crews joined our firm in 2020 as the Client Services Coordinator. She graduated with her degree in Administrative Management from Stark State College. She has a very administrative based background and has worn many hats as an Assistant. While in college, she also spent several years in the customer service industry. She believes that there is nothing more fulfilling then communicating and building connections with the people she meets.
She is usually the person you will speak with when you call our office.
Lauren works closely with new clients beginning the planning process. Her role is to serve as a resource to new clients and address any questions they may have as they work through the implementation of their plan.
She assists with new client scheduling and provides training on the Client Portal of the firm website. She also coordinates client access to health care documents, health care checklists, and a variety of client counseling tools.
Lauren is passionate about exceeding client expectations and developing lasting relations with all of our clients.
