Matthew E. Henoch is an attorney and counselor at law whose practice is limited to estate planning. Matt received his B.A. from Washington University in 2001 and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. In his previous position, Matt represented estates throughout the State of Ohio. He has appeared before 54 of Ohio's 88 county probate courts. Matt also has civil litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has represented physicians and nurses in medical malpractice litigation. Additionally, he has represented individuals harmed by dangerous products.

Matt has conducted seminars regarding probate administration for professional organizations, financial advisors and attorneys.

Matt lives in Shaker Heights with his wife Wendy, one year‐old son Mason, and dog Clover. He is an active member of the Tiffereth Israel Synagogue.
