Advisor Connections Newsletter™
September 2, 2015
In this edition of Advisor Connections, we take a closer look at some of the common mistakes that are made with regards to creating an estate plan, including not planning at all.
All too often we get the phone call from a grieving spouse, child, or relative seeking counsel to guide them through the process of winding down their loved one's affairs and we quickly realize that the individual's disability or death were not adequately planned for.
Unfortunately, a lack of dedication to planning during life (and also maintaining that plan) leads to increased time spent and costs involved upon disability or death.
Being proactive and avoiding the common planning mistakes can greatly reduce these obstacles and costs, and ultimately reduce the stress and strain on grieving loved ones who may ultimately bear the costs and responsibility.
We hope you find this Newsletter to be insightful! As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you may have.
